Krys Baioa
Krystopher Baioa has spent the past 16 years pursuing a career in the special fx industry specializing in creature performance, foam fabrication, and sculpting. He began making kaiju suits when he was just 13 years old in the basement of his Wisconsin home which he would regularly take to a Godzilla convention held every July in Chicago known as G-Fest.

After some time living in California, he used his newfound knowledge of foam fabrication techniques taught by Stan Winston School of Character Arts to create his Godzilla suit. The endeavor took 14 months to make from drawing out construction ideas to the final suit test before debuting the finished work of art at G-Fest 2017 and has since made appearances at local events such as First Fridays: Fandoms & Fantasy at The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles and Monsterpalooza in Pasadena.
Krystopher has also worked as a character performer for Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, bringing beloved characters like Pluto, Rafiki, and others to life, showcasing his talent in character performance and entertainment.
A self-taught artist who has been sculpting since 2016, Krystopher has expanded his artistic pursuits beyond Godzilla to original creature designs. Working with various mediums and clay materials, he brings unique, imaginative creatures to life, exploring new forms and textures that push the boundaries of traditional monster and kaiju design.
Whether bringing a creature to life through clay and crafting or through performance in a creature suit, Krys’s love and passion for all things monstrous shine brightly through his work.
